We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to own the social and audience strategy behind the YouTube channel of a globally recognized beauty brand.

In this role, you will define the strategic direction for a high-growth, high-volume global YouTube channel with a Shorts-first approach. You will identify the audience behaviors that drive discovery, subscription, and purchase, translate cultural and trend signals into repeatable content direction, and shape the content calendar around
