Low Elementary Math Teacher (Mandarin Required)

Job Type: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week, W2), Remote (U.S. based)
Compensation: $35-40/hour for teaching + $16–20/hour for non-teaching/admin time
Join Think Academy as a full-time G1-G2 Math Teacher. Teach with a structured, high-quality curriculum, receive paid training, and grow into long-term teaching and curriculum roles. We're especially looking for candidates with the potential to grow into a Grade Leader role, taking on teacher mentorship and grade-level management responsibilities as they develop. This is a long-term teaching opportunity — not a short-term tutoring role.

What You'll Do
- Teach G1-G2 math in a clear, engaging, kids-friendly way, using our curriculum, lesson materials, and instructional guidance.
- Lead virtual classes with strong classroom energy, patience, and the ability to hold young students' attention and engagement. Create a warm, positive, high-expectation learning environment suited to early learners
- Grade homework, give timely feedback, and communicate proactively and professionally with parents about progress, classroom behavior, and learning habits.
- Deeply understand each lesson's teaching goals and common student sticking points, rather than simply following slides
- Participate in training, lesson prep, and ongoing professional development; take feedback well and continuously refine your teaching and service habits
