Senior Business Consultant (all genders)
About the Role
You'll be the senior consultant clients want across the table when the conversation is about CRM architecture, process design, or a multi-quarter roadmap, not just platform configuration. You'll anchor 4 to 6 concurrent enterprise engagements, lead discovery and architecture workstreams, drive the value case, and grow accounts through follow-on engagements you personally anchor.
The role sits inside delivery, not above it: you co-own outcomes with PMs and implementation consultants, and you mentor the bench toward senior thinking.
A note on platforms. Thorit is a HubSpot Diamond Partner and most of our delivery work runs on HubSpot. Great senior CRM consultants, though, are great regardless of the platform they grew up on. If your background is Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or SAP CX at the senior consulting level, we want to talk to you.
We fund the HubSpot ramp (certifications, pairing with senior HubSpot consultants on your first project) with a 6-month milestone for functional working depth.
