HR Generalist

Threat Tec, LLC is an integrated technology and services company serving defense and commercial customers. We design, deliver, and sustain training, readiness, and mission-support solutions that combine people, process, and technology to improve preparation, decision-making, and operational performance. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Generalist to join our corporate team at our headquarters in Hampton, Virginia. This position will provide hands-on support across multiple areas of Human Resources and serve as a resource for employees, managers, and leadership throughout the organization.  Position Overview  The HR Generalist will support the day-to-day administration of Threat Tec's Human Resources programs, policies, and processes. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced government contracting environment and managing responsibilities across employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, compliance, performance management, and general HR operations.  This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, discretion when handling sensitive information, and the ability to balance employee support with organizational and compliance requirements.
