Sourcing Manager

The Thuma team is looking to hire a Sourcing Manager. Reporting to the Global Sourcing Director you will be responsible with assisting in the development and execution of sourcing strategies to deliver value to the business through favorable cost, quality, speed, and sustainability. Primary responsibilities will be to expertly own sourcing and operational initiatives on all aspects of the Product Life Cycle for assigned categories, from development to delivery. Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve quality, production efficiencies, innovation, and cost reductions. The Sourcing Manager will recommend and implement strategies to support category growth, optimize cost, and have responsibility to develop and maintain key supplier relationships, and support supply chain risk mitigation strategies. Thuma’s Headquarters is based in the historic Presidio neighborhood of San Francisco. This is a hybrid role that will be in office 3 - 5 days a week.
