About the Role
Tia is seeking a Clinic Operations Manager to serve as the ultimate operational leader and general manager of one of our care delivery sites in Culver City or Silver Lake. You hold end-to-end accountability for the clinic’s operational excellence, team performance, compliance, and the overall patient and provider experience.
This role is ideal for a seasoned clinic operations leader who excels at high-level strategic execution, cross-functional partnerships with clinical leadership (Medical Directors), and macro-performance metrics, while remaining grounded enough to understand the daily mechanics of a fast-paced clinic.
