Manager / Sr Manager, Analytics Consulting - Retail/CPG

We are looking for a Delivery Lead with 10–15 years of experience to manage multiple concurrent value streams and drive initiatives from strategy through execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong Retail/CPG industry experience, a business-oriented mindset, and expertise across Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, and Demand Planning & Forecasting.
This role requires the ability to identify bottlenecks impacting value realization, prioritize high-impact interventions, and work closely with business and analytics teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Retail/CPG business leaders to understand objectives, business drivers, and key decisions—not just document requirements.
- Lead multiple concurrent value streams and drive initiatives through end-to-end delivery and value realization.
- Structure ambiguous business problems into clear hypotheses, analyses, and decision frameworks.
- Conduct hands-on analysis to identify trends, opportunities, performance gaps, and key bottleneck
