The Opportunity: Lead Product Manager, Growth

We're looking for a Lead PM to own product-led growth across our consumer app. This is not a channel-optimization or referral-tuning seat: you'll own how new and existing users discover value, move through the product, graduate to higher-value products, and adopt more of what we offer across the entire product ecosystem, not a single feature.

A core part of this role is building the frameworks that decide where we route users. You'll prioritize journeys for graduation and for the highest enterprise value, and turn that into a clear, shared view of where growth effort should go. To do that well, you'll lead and orchestrate the heads of our different product areas, aligning them on the opportunities and on the growth frameworks everyone builds against.
