The Opportunity: Senior Credit Manager, Mexico

Mexico was Tilt's first market outside the US. Since 2022, our cash advance product has helped over 1 million customers access short-term credit on transparent, affordable terms. We are hiring a Senior Credit Manager to own the day-to-day credit performance of that product: the policy, the unit economics, the experiments, and the results. You will report to the Head of Credit, Mexico, and work across a small, high-impact set of leaders in credit, data science, and collections.

This is a remote role with a strong preference for candidates based in Mexico. Travel for company onsites is expected at least twice a year.
