The Role
We're looking for our first Growth & Brand Engineer — the person who builds how new families discover Tin Can and decide to bring one home.
In practice, that means the storefront campaigns behind our product launches and our biggest seasonal moments. A referral program that lets the families who love us tell the families who haven't heard of us. The tooling that lets our growth marketers launch a landing page on their own in record time.
