Solution Architect
If you love tackling complex implementation challenges and making technology work seamlessly for clients, you’ll fit right in.
Join our Professional Services team and help clients onboard to and migrate onto our new credit-insurance platform (TCS) through tailored configurations, integrations, and customizations.
About the Role
We’re recruiting a Solution Architect to join our team. You’ll work closely with Business Architects, Implementation engineers, QA and Product experts to ensure our platform is delivering best-in-class business outcomes for our clients: high-quality, maintainable, and scalable client implementations have to rely on solid functional and technical architectures. You will design solutions and integrations that are both technically sound and aligned with each customer's strategic objectives.
As a Solution Architect within our Professional Services organization, you will be the technical backbone of our customer engagements — bridging the gap between business requirements and platform integration capabilities. You will partner with customers from contract signature through go-live and beyond, ensuring they realize the full value of our platform while driving successful, scalable implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Scoping Support
Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to scope and validate feasibility of complex technical engagements,
Participate in discovery workshops to assess customer technical environments, integration landscape, and readiness
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and participate in technical evaluations when needed
Solution Design & Architecture
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customers' business processes, data models, and integration requirements
Design end-to-end solution architectures tailored to each customer's environment, leveraging platform capabilities, APIs, and third-party integrations
Produce and maintain architectural artifacts: solution design documents, data flow diagrams, integration specs, and technical decision logs
Define and enforce architecture best practices, design patterns, and standards across all PS engagements
Implementation Delivery
Act as the technical authority throughout the implementation lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live
Guide and review configuration, customization, and integration work delivered by implementation teams
Identify technical risks early and define mitigation strategies; escalate blockers proactively
Lead or facilitate technical workshops, working sessions, and design reviews with customer stakeholders
Solution Implementation**: c**onfigure and extend the TCS platform to meet client requirements, including complex workflows, business rules, data mappings, and UI configurations (JSON),
Integration Development**: d**esign and implement system integrations using N8N, REST APIs, and custom connectors; automate workflows between TCS and client systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
Manage configuration versions and environments to maintain consistency across development, testing, and production; ensure traceability and rollback capability for client-specific changes.
Custom Extensions: Develop plugins and embedded Java customizations where configuration alone is insufficient, ensuring clean, maintainable code aligned with platform standards.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customer teams, engineering leads, and IT executives
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language for non-technical audiences
Manage technical scope, proactively flagging and handling change requests in coordination with the Engagement Manager
Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
Develop and maintain reusable solution accelerators, integration templates, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks
Mentor juniors and share expertise through internal knowledge bases and team enablement sessions
Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering based on customer-facing patterns and gaps
Post-Go-Live & Expansion
Support hypercare periods post-launch, ensuring technical stability and rapid issue resolution
Identify expansion opportunities and work with Customer Success and Account teams to position additional services or platform capabilities
Required Qualifications
5+ (8-10?) years of experience in a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Senior Implementation Engineer role, ideally within a SaaS B2B company or systems integrator
Usage of AI to both power client usage and increase internal efficiency throughout the project lifecycle
Proven track record of designing and delivering complex enterprise software implementations involving APIs, data integrations, and multi-system architectures
Strong hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, iPaaS tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Zapier), and/or ETL pipelines
Proficiency with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and familiarity with modern cloud-native concepts (microservices, event-driven architecture, containerization)
Experience working with enterprise buyers across IT, Operations, and C-suite stakeholders
Ability to read and write basic code or scripts (Python, JavaScript, SQL) to prototype or troubleshoot integrations
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to produce crisp technical documentation and present confidently to executive audiences
Nice to Have
Experience with SSO/Identity protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
Background in a specific vertical relevant to our platform (e.g. FinTech, HR Tech, CX, Supply Chain)
Relevant certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional, or platform-specific certifications
Experience in a PS leadership or pre-sales overlay capacity
