Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Position Summary

Tipalti's Senior Revenue Operations Manager will act as a strategic business partner to our Customer Success and Customer Onboarding leadership — driving analysis, process design, and systems strategy across the post-sale customer lifecycle. This is a hands-on role where this person will work directly alongside leadership and front-line teams to shape strategy and see it through to execution.

The ideal candidate will champion an AI-first mindset, using advanced AI platforms to streamline workflows and generate insights faster, and will excel at aggregating data from activities, operational processes, and customer performance into a unified narrative that drives cross-functional collaboration and guides executive decisions.
