Product Engineer
About Titan:
Titan is building the AI workforce for IT. We deploy AI agents across our portfolio of Managed Service Providers and enterprise customers: agents that monitor, triage, and resolve work across the service desk, infrastructure, security, identity, endpoint, and application operations. The result is faster resolutions, better uptime, and more proactive, personalized support, delivered 24/7.
In under a year we've raised over $100M from General Catalyst, 8VC, and CalPERS, acquired market-leading MSPs like RFA, and put agents into production in large enterprises. We've automated 100K+ tickets across 400+ customers. Our tech team has talent from Scale AI, CoreWeave, Vanta, Dropbox, Meta, FiveRings, TwoSigma, Harvard, Stanford, and MIT.
Joining Titan means helping redefine how work gets done in IT services, and building a $100B company.
About The Role:
As a Product Engineer at Titan, you are a high-agency owner of our most ambitious product initiatives. We are looking for "engineers-as-founders" who thrive when given a high-level objective—like "Automate 40% of L1 support tickets"—and the autonomy to navigate from ideation to deployment independently. You’ll sit at the intersection of AI and real-world operations, working directly with our MSP partners to build AI-native products that solve their highest-stakes pain points. This is a "0 to 1" opportunity for a builder who wants to see their code fundamentally rewrite the economics of a multi-billion dollar industry.
What You Will Do:
Own major product initiatives from idea through deployment and iteration. Make trade-offs. Ship. Measure results. Improve.
Work closely with our AI team to integrate LLMs and autonomous agents into practical, production-grade workflows. Build interfaces that technicians rely on daily.
Talk to users. Observe workflows. Identify inefficiencies. Translate ambiguity into product decisions that materially improve operations across acquired MSPs.
Move quickly without sacrificing quality. Write clean, maintainable code. Balance speed with durability.
Set the standard for product quality and engineering velocity as we scale.
Who You Are:
You’ve built something from scratch — as a founder or early engineer. You thrive when given a goal and minimal instructions.
You care about outcomes, not just implementation. You think in terms of user impact and business leverage.
You take initiative. You don’t wait for permission. You close loops.
You can explain trade-offs clearly — to engineers, operators, and leadership.
You can build modern web applications end-to-end (e.g., React, TypeScript, Python, Node). You’re comfortable integrating AI into real systems.
Bonus:
Experience in highly regulated or precision-driven environments (e.g., fintech, hedge funds, complex enterprise systems).
Experience as an early employee at a high-growth, venture-backed startup.
