HR Business Partner

We are looking for a commercially minded, highly credible HR Business Partner to support a dynamic and ambitious wealth management business experiencing significant growth through both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions. Previous HR Business Partner experience within a wealth management organisation is an essential requirement for this role. Unfortunately, we will not be considering candidates whose experience is solely from other sectors, including broader financial services. This is not a role for someone who relies solely on established processes and frameworks. We need an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on their feet, and has the confidence and capability to create solutions where none currently exist. You will be a trusted advisor to business leaders, challenging the status quo, driving performance, and delivering pragmatic people solutions that balance commercial objectives with employee experience and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business integration activity, increasing colleague engagement, embedding a high-performance culture, and ensuring the organisation continues to attract, retain and develop top talent. This role requires an individual who is equally comfortable operating strategically with senior leaders whilst also rolling up their sleeves to deliver operational HR activity when required.
