HR Systems and Automation Lead - 12 Month FTC

We are looking for a permanent HR systems and Automation Lead to own our HR technology stack end to end, driving both operational excellence and adoption.  This role combines system administration and integration ownership (HRIS + ATS + AI-Powered HR automation and employee support platform) with a clear mandate to increase the maturity of how the business engages with our HR platforms – rolling out underused modules, embedding new ways of working, reducing email traffic and automating manual processes.  You’ll be the go-to expert for Hi Bob, Lever and Harriet AI, responsible for keeping workflows efficient and data clean, while also acting as a change agent who drives uptake of Self Service, Compensation, Surveys, Feedback, Performance & Goals and 1-1s across the organisation
