TinyMCE is the rich text editor behind the content experiences of thousands of software companies and enterprises worldwide. It's part of Tiugo Technologies, a portfolio that also includes CKEditor, Uploadcare, and ButterCMS. We're growing into AI-powered content creation, adding AI capabilities on top of the editor that developers already build on.
The Role
You'll be our first dedicated Solutions Engineer. You'll lead the technical side of our most complex deals, mainly TinyMCE AI and strategic enterprise opportunities for the core editor. You'll work each deal alongside our Account Executives, Account Managers, and Product Managers, and you'll set the standard for how we win technically.
This is a player-coach role in practice, even though you won't manage anyone. You'll be involved in deals directly. You'll also build the playbooks, a demo library, and POC framework the rest of the team uses. That work matters as much as the deals. There's no SE leader here to hand you a playbook, because you're writing it.
