Group Manager, Structural Engineering

Our employee-owned and multi-disciplined team of engineering and design professionals is looking for an experienced structural engineer with engaging leadership skills, a demonstrated ability to cultivate and enhance relationships with prospective and current clients, and extensive knowledge of structural systems to join our team as the Structural Group Manager within our Mining division. As a Group Manager, you will be responsible for the growth, direction, financial performance, and leadership of our Mining Structural team, which provides structural engineering solutions for mining, mineral processing, aggregate, metals, and other heavy industrial operations. This includes work involving process plants, material handling systems, equipment support structures, foundations, platforms, access systems, and related production and support facilities. As a leader, you will coach and mentor a talented team of engineering professionals and be responsible for their professional development in relation to overall team objectives and their professional aspirations. From a design capacity, you will be seen as a technical expert and will therefore be responsible for providing structural engineering guidance and insight to project teams and project managers throughout the full lifecycle of a project.
