Associate Engineer - Engineering Excellence Program (EE26061)
General Role Description
Complete the identified Engineering Excellence Program (EEP) curriculum during the 24-month program period, including successive work rotations in a variety of the Company’s business units and/or client projects of approximately 4-6 months each, and an 8-week classroom-based New Engineer Development Program (NEDP).
At the conclusion of the EEP, the program graduate will be assigned to a role within the Company through an interactive process that considers the graduate’s knowledge, skills, and interests, and the needs of the business.
Role Accountabilities
