Director, Debt Capital Markets

About the Role

As Director of Debt Capital Markets at Together, you will be a senior member of the Finance team, working with the CFO and executive leadership to lead the company's debt financing initiatives. You will play a critical role in supporting Together's infrastructure growth through sophisticated financing structures and strategic partnerships with lenders. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in working with debt financing partners and will be responsible for leading and executing financing processes, managing lender relationships and driving other initiatives that enable Together's infrastructure scaling strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Together's debt capital markets strategy to support the company's infrastructure growth
• Build, manage and expand relationships with lenders, financing advisors and other institutional capital providers, serving as the primary relationship owner for debt capital providers
• Drive financing processes end-to-end including lender/advisor outreach, preparation of company marketing and due diligence materials that effectively communicate Together’s story, commercial/legal negotiation and transaction structuring/execution
