About TogetherWork
TogetherWork is a $250M recurring revenue SaaS business with more than 33 software applications serving 12+ vertical markets. We exist to help communities, organizations, and businesses thrive by delivering software solutions tailored to their unique needs.
With our headquarters on South Congress in Austin, TX, we are entering an exciting phase of growth. We work hard and play hard. We love our customers, innovate with purpose, and are committed to delivering exceptional experiences across the diverse ecosystem we serve.
About This Role
TogetherWork is seeking an experienced, hands-on Revenue Systems Manager, Salesforce to own and continuously improve our Salesforce environment and broader go-to-market (GTM) technology ecosystem.
This is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator position focused on executing tickets or maintaining existing configurations. We are looking for a technically capable, business-minded problem solver who can independently evaluate complex business challenges, recommend scalable solutions, and execute them from concept through implementation.
You will support a Salesforce environment with more than 300 users, partnering directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leaders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
You will report to our Senior Manager of Revenue Systems, an experienced Salesforce Architect who provides architectural leadership and strategic direction. Within that framework, you will have significant autonomy to make technical recommendations, prioritize enhancements, and independently deliver solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce technical expertise with business judgment, confident communication, and the ability to take ownership without requiring detailed instructions.
What You'll Do
Salesforce Platform Ownership and Technical Execution
-
Own day-to-day operations, maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of our Salesforce environment supporting 300+ users.
-
Independently scope, design, configure, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, from targeted improvements to complex cross-functional initiatives.
-
Build and maintain Salesforce automation, workflows, data structures, and system configurations that improve operational efficiency.
-
Troubleshoot system errors, integration issues, data quality concerns, and platform performance challenges.
-
Manage Salesforce user administration, permissions, security configurations, and operational support.
-
Establish and maintain system governance, documentation, configuration standards, and best practices.
-
Support Salesforce integrations with marketing automation, sales engagement, and other GTM technologies.
Business Partnership and Solution Design
-
Partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
-
Translate ambiguous business requests into clear technical requirements, practical recommendations, and scalable solutions.
-
Ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and recommend approaches that address underlying business needs rather than simply executing requested changes.
-
Explain technical concepts and solution recommendations clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
-
Independently lead requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment for assigned initiatives.
-
Collaborate with our Salesforce Architect on complex technical decisions while demonstrating sound independent judgment.
Revenue Systems Strategy and Continuous Improvement
-
Contribute to the Salesforce and GTM systems roadmap, identifying opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, and business performance.
-
Prioritize and manage system enhancements, operational requests, and cross-functional projects in alignment with Revenue Operations leadership.
-
Evaluate existing processes, automation, integrations, and data structures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
-
Maintain system reliability and data integrity through proactive monitoring, audits, troubleshooting, and optimization.
-
Take accountability for technical deliverables, stakeholder communication, and successful implementation outcomes.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
-
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including administration, configuration, automation, and independent solution delivery.
-
Demonstrated experience supporting Salesforce in a SaaS business environment.
-
Proven ability to independently translate business problems into technical solutions and personally execute those solutions.
-
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, data management, and platform functionality.
-
Experience gathering requirements and partnering directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations stakeholders.
-
Experience managing Salesforce enhancements or cross-functional systems projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
-
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the confidence to engage stakeholders, explain technical recommendations, and constructively challenge assumptions.
-
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, prioritize competing demands, and take ownership of results.
-
Experience supporting system integrations and maintaining data quality across connected business applications.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Systems within a SaaS organization.
-
Experience in a private equity-backed or rapidly scaling SaaS environment.
-
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or additional Salesforce certifications.
-
2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms integrated with Salesforce, preferably HubSpot.
-
Experience administering or supporting sales engagement, scheduling, outreach, or other GTM technologies.
-
Working knowledge of relational databases, SOQL, SQL, Apex, JavaScript, or other relevant technical languages.
-
Experience contributing to Salesforce architecture, system governance, or technical roadmap decisions.
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
What Success Looks Like
In this role, success means becoming a trusted technical and business partner who can independently move initiatives forward while maintaining a reliable Salesforce environment.
You will demonstrate the ability to:
-
Understand business challenges and recommend effective solutions without requiring detailed technical instructions.
-
Personally configure, implement, and troubleshoot Salesforce enhancements.
-
Communicate confidently with business leaders and technical stakeholders.
