Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) or Remote (US)
What You'll Do:
The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of complex, high-impact customer projects across Togetherwork’s Professional Services portfolio. This role leads large-scale, multi-workstream initiatives from initiation through closeout, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer objectives and organizational strategy.
In addition to delivery ownership, the Senior Project Manager serves as a stabilizing force in high-risk engagements, a mentor to Project Managers, and a key contributor to delivery maturity, operational consistency, and continuous improvement.
Project Delivery & Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex, or high-risk customer projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and resourcing models.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, technical, data, and product functions.
- Ensure scope control, change management, and financial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
