The Systems and Data Support Specialist supports Kesef's bookkeeping business systems while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational and client data. This role serves as a resource for supporting financial reporting, data coordination, AI/automation initiatives, and system needs. This position requires strong communication skills, initiative, technical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and leadership levels while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and meeting consistent deadlines.

What You'll Do:

Financial Operations Support

• Assist with new client onboarding activities and internal system setup.
• Set up and maintain client bank account integrations with QuickBooks Online and Kesef's secure password management system. Troubleshoot integration issues coordinating with clients and their financial institutions.
• Set-up and maintain client payroll account integrations with QuickBooks Online and Kesef’s secure password management system. Troubleshoot integration issues coordinating with clients and their payroll vendors.
• Support Payroll and Pension Department during a
