By centralizing key services such as remote monitoring, first‑line support, and service coordination, and leveraging Serbia’s strong talent pool and English proficiency, the SSC improves consistency, efficiency, and execution across Europe.
Job Description
We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our Business Systems team. In this role, you will support and coordinate the lifecycle management and continuous improvement of business applications and digital platforms across European markets.
You will work closely with colleagues across IT, Security, Data Privacy, Legal, Finance, HR/P&O, Commercial, Customer, Order-to-Cash, and Project & Collaboration areas. You will help ensure that new and existing digital solutions are assessed, approved, implemented, and managed in line with TOMRA’s IT policies and business needs.
This role reports to the Platform Manager Business Systems Europe.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support markets in defining business needs, objectives, expected benefits, costs, ownership models, dependencies, risks, and business case readiness for IT and digital initiatives.
Coordinate approval processes across IT, Security, Data Privacy, Legal, Architecture, and other relevant stakeholders.
Lead or coordinate cross-market project delivery activities, including planning, milestones, vendor follow-up, testing, training, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stakeholder communication.
Support application lifecycle management, including support models, access management, incident handling, monitoring, renewals, funding, governance, compliance, continuous improvement, and decommissioning.
Identify and escalate missing documentation, approval gaps, security or privacy concerns, compliance risks, integration dependencies, and operational blockers with clear owners and proposed next steps.
Contribute to simplifying and improving the digital landscape by supporting platform reuse, shared capability centralization, and rationalization of digital tools.
Qualifications
What You Bring
We are looking for someone who brings:
4+ years of experience in IT project management, business systems delivery, application governance, IT vendor onboarding, or a similar area.
Experience translating business needs into functional, technical, commercial, and compliance requirements.
Good understanding of security, data privacy, data protection, architecture, and delivery-related constraints.
Technical understanding of integrations, APIs, enterprise architecture, identity and access management, data flows, hosting, performance monitoring, and support models.
Familiarity with frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIS2, ITIL, DevOps, GDPR, or DPA.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments and tools such as Jira or DevOps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English.
