As a Global Rewards Partner - Benefits, you will be responsible for shaping and evolving TomTom's global benefits offering, governance, and employee experience. You will act as the product owner for benefits, partnering closely with People, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Procurement, and external providers to ensure our benefits offering remains competitive, compliant, sustainable, and aligned with our Employee Value Proposition. In this role, you will balance global consistency with local market needs while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and employee value across our benefits portfolio.
