Sales Team Lead

We are looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Team Lead to join the Sales team based in Warsaw. This role is a unique opportunity to help build a high-performing, Polish Sales Team at Too Good To Go. You’ll drive impact through coaching, developing, and scaling a fast growing team of Sales Specialists.

Coaching and Development

• Demonstrates strong ability to coach others on core sales techniques including pitching, negotiation, closing and objection Handling.

• Known for effectively teaching sales best practices to help individuals and teams grow.

• Plays an active role in developing and delivering impactful sales training sessions.

Leadership / People Management

• Leads by example through both sales performance and professional conduct.

• Communicates key messages clearly and ensures alignment across all team levels.
