What this job is
You own the machine the sales team runs on — the systems, the data, and the deliverability. If a call gets flagged as spam, a text doesn't land, a lead routes to the wrong rep, or the dashboard lies, that's you. You make sure the team's tools work, their numbers are trustworthy, and their messages actually reach people.
This is a hands-on, technical operations job. You'll configure dialers, register campaigns, chase down deliverability problems, build routing rules, and keep the reporting honest. You partner closely with the
