We are looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to the business on a part-time basis — an independent specialist who is able to handle tasks and build the company’s legal processes.
The company is registered in Cyprus, and the main legal documentation and communication are conducted in English.
Responsibilities:
IP: registration and protection of trademarks and naming; transfer of rights from contractors and employees, including work-for-hire and assignment; copyrights to code, design, and content; control over non-infringement of third-party rights.
