VP of User Acquisition

Currently, we are looking for an experienced VP of User Acquisition to join one of Toogeza’s clients.

What You’ll Do

• Define the vision and strategy for User Acquisition at the company.

• Lead both Paid and Organic User Acquisition, managing and optimizing mobile performance marketing across key platforms and stores: App Store, Google Play, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.

• Own an 8-figure UA budget, driving user and revenue growth while balancing efficiency metrics (e.g., LTV:CAC) and scaling installs sustainably.

• Oversee reporting and analytics for UA and marketing performance, ensuring clear visibility and decision-making.

• Build and run test plans and experimentation across UA initiatives to identify the highest-impact growth opportunities.
