Manager, Software Engineering

We are seeking a forward-thinking Manager, Software Engineering to lead our Aktiv development team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical innovation, managing a group of engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions across various platforms and technologies. You will:

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of high-performing engineers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and respectful environment.

• Performance Management: Provide continuous feedback, address performance, and recognize contributions. Maintain visibility into team health through regular 1:1s.

• Strategic Planning: Lead strategic initiatives, balancing high-impact projects with technical debt management and resource allocation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Design teams to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused products.

• Technical Excellence: Foster continuous improvement in code quality, architecture, and team processes.
