Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for onboarding customers onto Bottomline’s cloud solutions, ensuring delivery is completed effectively and within customer timescales. The role acts as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level customers, applying best practice project planning and management techniques. It requires high-quality delivery aligned to service standards, with responsibility for project time, cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead successful delivery of customer projects, ensuring agreed objectives, timelines, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to implementation and handover.
- Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and internal teams, acting as the primary delivery contact.<
