Mass Tort Legal Coordinator

MASS TORT LEGAL COORDINATOR | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY

PAY: $20 - $25 DOE

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Mass Tort Legal Coordinator to support our legal team with client communication and time-sensitive case initiatives. This position will primarily focus on contacting existing clients, assisting them with the completion of required surveys and questionnaires, tracking responses, and ensuring necessary information is obtained within established deadlines.

This is a client-facing support position and does not require the individual to provide legal advice or perform substantive legal work. The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, communicating with clients from a variety of backgrounds, following up consistently, and maintaining accurate documentation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct outbound calls to existing clients regarding required case-related surveys, questionnaires, and information requests.
• Clearly explain the purpose and completion process for assigned surveys or questionnaires while staying within the scope of the position.
• Collect, organize, and maintain client medical records in compliance with HIPAA
• Assist clients in completing required surveys and obtaining requested information.
• Follow up with clients who have not responded or have incomplete information.
• Maintain consistent outreach efforts to help
