Vice President of Hardware Development
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Vice President, Hardware Development to lead the strategy, engineering execution, and global delivery of enterprise hardware platforms, intelligent peripherals, proprietary operating systems, and cloud-connected device management solutions.
This executive will lead global engineering teams responsible for the complete hardware lifecycle, including architecture, design, validation, manufacturing, deployment, and sustaining support. The ideal candidate combines deep OEM/ODM expertise with exceptional technical leadership and a proven ability to drive next-generation platform development utilizing AI, edge computing, Linux-based operating systems, and intelligent peripheral ecosystems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field required.
- 15+ years of OEM/ODM hardware development experience.
- Proven experience leading global hardware engineering organizations.
- Deep technical expertise in:
