We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager, Service Delivery to join our Cybersecurity team. This role plays a critical role in delivering product security services within the automotive cybersecurity domain. This position begins as a player-captain, gaining hands-on experience with processes, quality standards, and KPIs for the successful delivery of Requirements Validation projects to OEM customers. The role involves managing day-to-day activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work products, and providing guidance to team members.

As the role evolves, the Assistant Manager, Service Delivery will lead the launch and delivery of advanced cybersecurity services. This role will contribute to the conceptualization, design, development, and execution of new cybersecurity offerings, while managing a team of technical resources to achieve operational excellence.
