JOB SUMMARY:

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will work collaboratively as part of the Talent Acquisition Team to execute on sourcing strategies to build pipelines of talent for critical technical hiring needs. This role will be responsible for sourcing passive and active candidates for current and future technical job opportunities. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will use a variety of resources to source candidates and will always be on the lookout for new avenues to effectively identify talent in local hiring markets. This role may at times manage full cycle recruiting to support the team.  

 

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Execute talent sourcing strategies designed to effectively identify GTM Technical Sales talent for current and anticipated hiring needs across Trace3
  • Monitor talent pipelines to assess depth of candidate pool and actions needed to maintain talent levels; engage potential candidates to establish relationships, assess potential fit for Trace3 to build talent pipelines
  • Utilize a variety of proven talent platforms and resources such as social media, internet job boards, industry-specific blogs/discussion boards, name-generation research, cold calling/direct sourcing, partnering with trusted professional networks, and local community groups
  • Phone screen candidates for interest level, skills and qualifications, and salary requirements
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for assigned job requisitions when assigned
  • Partner with hiring manager(s) to determine search strategy for specific requisitions, execute established strategy, evaluate results and readjust tactics as needed to ensure capture of talent needed to fill the open position
  • Participate and support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years full cycle sourcing and recruiting experience required, preferably in a technical environment
  • Proven experience recruiting or sourcing for GTM Technical Sales roles
  • Fully adept search capabilities, with proven sourcing/recruiting experience and skills, including conducting research, creating Boolean search strings, networking, cold-calling, and utilizing a variety of internet sourcing tools.
  • Regular use of creativity and innovation to successfully identify and engage high-potential talent.
  • Ability to produce results for high-volume, high complexity hiring needs.
  • Exceptional candidate care and focus on candidate experience.
  • Suburb verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
  • Ability to approach requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver
  • Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-starter with the ability and drive to independently attack the work at hand
  • Ability to keep and maintain confidential and secure records and information
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

$50$60 USD
