Trackier is Customisable Performance Marketing Software used by Ad Networks, Agencies and Advertisers to manage publisher relations. The Trackier Performance Marketing Platform enables you to create, automate, measure, and optimize all of your marketing Campaigns, Publishers, and advertisers, creatives and conversions in one place.
We are looking for an Engineering Manager for our team. You will lead people and delivery, keep technical quality high, and sit in front of customers when something is blocked or broken. You do not need to write the most code on the team. You do need to understand the systems well enough to unblock engineers and customers.

1. Architecture & Design Leadership
- Lead, coach, and grow a backend engineering team: 1:1s, performance, hiring, and career growth.
- Own delivery: scope, sequencing, risk, and shipping against the roadmap.
- Unblock the team — priorities, dependencies, design decisions, and operational load.
