Senior Product Designer

SeniorOn-site (Hørsholm)€80,000 – €105,000 / yr
Job Description

Work at the intersection of sports and tech

Design products for athletes around the world that translate the data from Trackman's best-in-class radar technology into actionable insights that help our users build a better game.

You'll be joining our team of ~20 product designers from Canada, Mexico, Australia, England, Latvia, New Zealand, Slovakia, Ireland, and Denmark who have fun and challenge each other every day in delivering exceptional design work.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team. From day one you'll own a specific area of the user journey, working closely with designers, developers, and product owners to shape it end to end. Beyond your own work, you'll raise the bar across the team through critique, mentorship, and the standards you set.

You will:

  • Own an area of the product and drive its direction, from social sessions with friends to immersive training and entertainment setups.

  • Turn complex performance data into interfaces that are simply enjoyable to use.

  • Conduct user research, validate ideas, and deliver pixel-perfect designs.

  • Collaborate closely with your developers and product owner in a dedicated product team.

  • Lift the people around you through feedback, mentorship, and informal sparring, and help shape how the team works.

Figma recently featured our team in a customer story on how we built a design-first culture at Trackman. Worth a read before you apply:

How Trackman built a design-first culture and a competitive edge

  • A strong track record of product design on dedicated product teams (university projects don't count).

  • Strong visual communication and UI design skills. You turn complex information into clear, intuitive interfaces, and work confidently within design systems.

  • The judgement and influence to set direction in your area and bring others along with you.

  • Clear, confident communication. You can explain your decision-making and stay flexible when given feedback.

  • A habit of mentoring and elevating other designers, formally or informally.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.

  • A portfolio that shows real problems, real constraints, and real outcomes.

Bonus points for

  • Interest in sports, performance or entertainment products.

  • Experience running or contributing to user research, and turning insights into design decisions.

  • Experience with data-heavy products or visualising performance data.

What you get

  • A design team that genuinely love working together and helping each other grow through regular critiques, feedback sessions, and plenty of informal sparring.

  • Access to our onsite fitness centre, all-you-can-play golf simulator.

  • A great lunch and breakfast.

  • Social happenings and company events throughout the year.

The Office

We are located at DTU Science Park in Hørsholm. We take great pride in the state-of-art building we have designed! The office features bright meeting rooms, coffee areas to catch up with colleagues, a large testing arena with simulators available for employees and a fitness center, everything surrounded by a beautiful forest and respecting the environment. We made sure to utilize the newest technologies to be energy efficient and be mindful of ventilation and sound propagation. The cherry on top is our canteen: with an indoor and outdoor area to enjoy the fresh food prepared by our own kitchen staff.
