Job Description

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Demonstrate exemplary HSSE behaviour, respect Project HSE requirements, and ensure application of HSE rules within your scope of responsibility.
2. Actively liaise and collaborate with the Integration Team, Area Leads, discipline engineers, FPSO Interface Engineer, and other Project Packages to manage interfaces and engineering issues.
3. Apply knowledge of international standards, Company Rules, and Project procedures related to Contract and Procurement throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Review discipline-related documentation issued by Contractors (technical documentation, queries, derogation requests) to ensure compliance with Project Specifications, Procedures, international norms and standards, whilst optimising costs without compromising Quality and Safety.
5. Support yard-level follow-up of design and studies performed by FPSO Contractor/Subcontractors; ensure all deliverables are timely issued and fit for purpose.
6. Coordinate installation readiness, testing support, and handover activities during procurement, manufacturing, installation and commissioning phases; serve as the yard-level correspondent for engineering problems and technical deviation requests.
7. Focus on interface definitions and testing with Subsea packages; ensure certification and classification requirements are implemented by Contractors/Subcontractors.
8. Supervise site installation activities across topside modules, hull skids, central control rooms, electrical buildings, and living quarters.
9. Oversee critical integration activities including cable tray routing, power and fibre optic cable pulling, voltage termination, penetrations, grounding/earthing grids, and instrument impulse lines; raise necessary comments on unsafe design, deviations, and constructability issues.
10. Coordinate interface management for complex E&I packages (ICSS, Fire & Gas Systems, Power Management Systems, Telecoms, Subsea Interface Units) during skid-to-module and module-to-hull hook-ups.
11. Verify proper storage, preservation, and maintenance of sensitive electronic, automation, and electrical equipment at the yard prior to installation.
12. Drive punch-listing, subsystem handovers, and clear multi-discipline interfaces to transition systems from construction to pre-commissioning/commissioning.
13. Verify completion of loop testing, megger testing, calibration records, and as-built documentation.
14. Participate in project reviews (HAZOP, HAZID, SPOT, ODR, PTR) and Safety/Technical Audits as required; maintain close coordination with Hull & Integration Manager, Topsides Teams, Construction, Commissioning, QA/QC, and Package Engineers.
15. Provide timely reporting to the FPSO Hull & Integration Manager on progress and concerns; anticipate problems, identify optimisations, and propose solutions regarding the discipline.

Qualifications

**Qualifications:**

• **Professional Experience**: Minimum 8 years in offshore oil & gas, FPSO, FLNG, refinery, petrochemical or major module fabrication projects, with at least 5 years in similar E&I Integration or coordination roles.
• **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience/diploma).
• **Languages**: Fluent Mandarin and working-level English are mandatory.
• **Preferred Qualifications**: Previous experience within Chinese fabrication yards (COSCO, CMHI, COOEC, BOMESC or equivalent) with demonstrated ability to manage local contractors. Strong cross-cultural communication, interface management, and reporting skills are highly desirable.
