Job Description
Develop, update and maintain overall project baseline schedule, master schedule and detailed engineering/construction/procurement schedules for FPSO projects.
Monitor daily/weekly project progress, track milestone completion, identify schedule deviations, delays and potential risks, and propose corrective and recovery plans.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractor and client teams to align work sequence, interface logic and resource arrangement.
Prepare regular project progress reports, weekly/monthly schedule reports, delay analysis reports and progress forecasting reports for internal management and client submission.
Optimize project schedule logic, resolve interface conflicts, and support project critical path management to ensure on-time project delivery.
Assist in project claim management, delay documentation and schedule-related contractual support.
Support project planning system maintenance, schedule data statistics and project archive management.
Basic Qualifications & Com
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering majors.
1+ years of project planning experience in FPSO, offshore platform or marine engineering new build/conversion projects; offshore engineering project experience is preferred.
Proficient in project planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project) and skilled in making WBS, schedule breakdown and critical path analysis.
Familiar with FPSO project execution process, engineering design procedure, procurement and construction interface management.
Good English listening, speaking and writing ability, capable of English report writing and cross-team communication with foreign clients/partners.
Familiar with international offshore oil and gas project standards and EPC project management mode.
With FPSO conversion, topside module integration or hull construction project planning experience.
Have PMP or relevant project management certification.
