This is more than a traditional customer service role – you'll gain exposure to the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain operations while working closely with transport, warehouse, and delivery teams.

Working Hours: 8:00 – 20:00

What will you do?
- Provide customer support for shipment and delivery enquiries via email and chat
- Track parcels and investigate delivery-related issues
- Handle customer cases and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Process delivery amendments and maintain accurate customer records
- Work closely with logistics and operational teams to find solutions
