TransPerfect is looking for an Operations Analyst to join our team to support our corporate operations team!

Position Summary

This position will assist with vendor management, corporate purchasing and reconciliation of credit cards, and manage facilities related projects. The successful candidate should be well-organized and be able to maintain multiple ongoing requests and projects. Have an interest in improving workflows and leveraging technology to solve problems.

Main Responsibilities

•      Manage IT receipts and monthly credit card reconciliation

•      Fulfill purchase requests from internal requestors

•      Establish and maintain relationships and communications with vendors across multiple different disciplines.

•      Work with internal clients to see project goals are met in a timely manner.

•      Audit, Negotiate, and manage our service accounts such as postage machines, water cooler
