Team Overview
The Procurement team supports the business in the onboarding, management, and governance of third-party suppliers, helping to ensure effective risk management, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency across supplier engagements. The team partners closely with stakeholders across Finance, Compliance, Legal, and business functions to support informed purchasing decisions and the successful delivery of business objectives.This role reports to the Procurement Manager.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
As a Procurement Analyst, you will support the delivery of procurement activities that help the business manage supplier relationships, mitigate risk, control costs, and achieve operational objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to develop procurement, supplier management, and stakeholder engagement experience while working with cross-functional teams across the organisation.
Support end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier engagement, and onboarding, helping ensure timely and effective supplier selection.
Assist with procurement administration, documentation, and process coordination to support efficient procurement operations and compliance requirements.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support procurement initiatives and contribute to the timely delivery of business and operational objectives.
Support supplier management activities, helping maintain effective supplier relationships and governance standards.
Contribute to procurement processes that support cost management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance across supplier engagements.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation to support audit, governance, and reporting requirements.
Assist with contract and supplier-related activities to support business continuity and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to support successful procurement outcomes.
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Previous experience in procurement administration or support roles
Exposure to end-to-end sourcing/procurement lifecycle is desirable
Strong communication skills
Proactive and results-driven attitude with a willingness to get things done
Required Technical Skills
Experience using procurement or supplier management systems to support procurement operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to create, maintain, and analyse procurement records, supplier information, and supporting documentation.
We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your career development and growth in:
Experience using Coupa or similar procurement and spend-management platforms.
Exposure to supplier onboarding, contract management, or supplier risk management processes.
Experience working within a regulated industry or corporate procurement environment.
Knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier governance, and purchasing controls.
Exposure to cross-functional projects involving Procurement, Finance, Legal, or Compliance teams.
