Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, communicative, and skilled WordPress Developer to maintain, optimize, and build out client websites. In this role, your soft skills matter just as much as your technical abilities. You won't just be executing tasks—you will actively communicate progress, raise potential issues early, and help guide site performance strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Divi 5 Development: Build, update, and customize responsive website layouts using Divi 5.
- Speed & Performance Optimization: Perform site speed audits, clean up code, optimize images, configure caching, and improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID/INP, CLS).
- Proactive Communication: Send clear, regular updates on task progress, flag bottlenecks early, and ask clarifying questions before issues arise.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, update WordPress cores/themes, and maintain overall site health and security.
