AI Software Engineer
We’re looking for a skilled and adaptable Full-stack Software Engineer who takes an AI-first approach to software development, using tools such as Claude Code and Codex to accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering standards. You’ll join Treatwell’s AI Engineering team and work closely with our Chief AI Officer. Your focus will be on building internal tools and automating workflows, alongside customer-facing products and features. You’ll work directly with the people using these tools to understand their needs, build working prototypes quickly and improve them through feedback. We are seeking a software engineer who is comfortable with working in a cross-functional Agile team, with proven experience in designing/building frontend and backend applications, continuously delivering clean, maintainable and well tested code. We want to do great work and to be known for it.

You’ll use AI throughout the development process: breaking down problems, guiding coding agents, iterating on implementations and reviewing and testing the results. We value hands-on experimentation, short feedback loops and the judgment to know when to change direction or turn a promising prototype into reliable software. You’ll also build integrations with our products and third-party platforms, adding LLMs and other AI capabilities where they solve a real user need.
