Head of Growth Marketing & GTM
We are seeking a Head of Marketing & GTM to supercharge Treatwell’s B2B and B2C growth in Europe. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will lead a core team of +10 marketers, combining analytical rigor and cross-functional leadership to drive business impact across 14 countries.
This role carries a dual responsibility:
- Global channel expansion: Drive global adoption and revenue generation by scaling new marketing channels, high-impact growth projects, and product launches across all markets.
- GTM execution: Own and lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy, ensuring flawless, high-converting execution across Treatwell’s 13 local operating countries.
