While based in Bucharest, your scope will extend across the CEE region and other designated international markets, ensuring a consistent, candidate-first hiring approach and supporting a vibrant local employee community. This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing end-to-end international hiring lifecycles, and enjoys organizing engaging employee community events to foster strong cross-border culture and connection.
