Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled litigation attorney with 3 years of experience to join our Chicago, Illinois office as an Associate.

Our dynamic Litigation Group is known for its comprehensive approach to handling matters related to complex insurance claims analysis and representing clients in high-stakes litigation cases.

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional legal services. The candidate does not need to have a book of business. This position is hybrid in our Chicago, Illinois office.

Essential job duties include:

• Overseeing complex insurance coverage litigation and managing multiple cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets.
• Conducting and defending depositions and arguing dispositive motions.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients in business, professional liability, and employment disputes.
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements.
• Assisting with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships.&
