Position Summary

The Manufacturing Engineering Technician supports CEPA's business in a Manufacturing Engineering and Document Control role in order to achieve maximum growth and profitability. This role enables CEPA's Manufacturing Technicians to successfully execute the on-time delivery of high-quality finished goods to all of our valued customers.

This position is the bridge between customer requirements and the production floor. You'll review customer drawings and documentation, build accurate BOMs and labor plans, and make sure our technicians have clear instructions, the right tooling, and up-to-date travelers for every job. You'll also own document control, keeping revision levels accurate and processing ECOs, ECRs, and stop work orders.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work closely with Production, Sales, Quality, and customers, spend time on the floor supporting technicians and expedited jobs, and help identify and fix issues bef
