Position Summary
The First Electronics Corporation (FEC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the maritime and subsea industries. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic customer relationships, and closing sales for FEC's high-performance interconnect solutions and engineered components. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consultative selling, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex procurement processes within the maritime and subsea sectors.
Success in this role means achieving and exceeding sales targets, expanding existing key accounts, introducing new products to the market, and strengthening FEC's position with shipbuilders, OEMs, system integrators, and specialized marine contractors. This person thrives in a relationship-driven, entrepreneurial environment and is energized by travel, technical problem-solving, and building long-term partnerships.
