TrinaStorage LAC–HQ Coordination & Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

Trina Storage is looking for a LAC–HQ Coordination & Operations Specialist to support our regional Fulfilment & Service organization across Latin America and the Caribbean.
This role will help strengthen coordination between our LAC teams and HQ, ensuring that requests are clearly understood, actions have clear owners and deadlines, and key topics are actively followed up through to resolution.
You will work closely with regional managers and HQ teams across Fulfilment, Service, Engineering, Commissioning, Product and other support functions.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and persistent professional who is comfortable working across cultures, languages and time zones, and who can turn complex or pending topics into clear actions and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and action flows between LAC teams and HQ across Fulfilment, Service, Engineering, Commissioning and related functions.
• Understand HQ processes, working styles, approval paths and decision-making dynamics, helping LAC teams navigate them effectively.
• Proactively follow up on open issues, pending decisions, approvals, escalations and blocked actions, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines and next steps.
• Drive actions through to closure and escalate delays or blockers when required
