Formulation & Technical Development Manager

Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Formulation & Technical Development Manager to join our Product Innovation Team . This role will report into our Head of Technical Delivery. As our in-house technical formulation expert, you’ll partner with external labs, manufacturers, and cross-functional teams to deliver commercially viable, compliant, and cutting-edge skincare and colour cosmetics. You’ll own formulation development across our full portfolio while optimizing our technical governance and processes. Perfect for a formulation leader passionate about bringing robust, high-performing beauty products to market.
